Rates
$100 per 45-50-minute session when paying in Cash. Special evaluations are $200.00 or greater depending upon the evaluation type. Various insurance contracts determine other rates and I can answer any specific questions you may have.

Insurance
Services provided are usually covered by most health insurance or employee benefit plans. I am a provider with many insurance plans, and employee assistance programs. I am willing to answer any of your specific questions.

Payment
Cash or Check at the time services are delivered.

Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations create work gaps and are similar to a no call no show in an employment environment. Therefore, Cancellation is required 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so that your reserved time may be filled. Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments with 24 hours notice will require you to pay the full cost of the session missed.
